How I can prevent arm pain when playing ball?
I can play baseball with my friends, basically, every day, but no matter how much I stretch or warm up, the elbow always hurts after about 10 minutes. Is there a good warm-up routine that could help my arm stay healthy?
Take your time. Our routine for my high school team for warm-up exercises: 1) Run 2) stretch 10 min 3) start throwing A. Start on one knee with a distance between you and the other about 15 feet. Throw away for about five minutes of this distance. B. Arise, go to 60 feet. Cast from here to 5 min. C. Go to the 90th, 3-5 min. D. Go to 120, for 3-5 min. E. Come to 90 for 3 min. F. Come to 60 three minutes. FACT. 22-26 minutes of launch. It may take a while, but works! In addition, if the arm is aching after. Ice for 15 min.
