Should I try out for Volleyball?
I’m going to a small boarding school next year and would like to try out for Volleyball. I will be a 9th grader. I am a good athlete (I play basketball and softball competitively and ride horses), but I don’t have any sport to play at school in the fall and I would like to play a sport. They only offer Volleyball and Tennis. I’m tall so I am thinking about trying out for volleyball. BUT IM REALLY NERVOUS! I know how to play but have only played a little bit. I’m trying to learn as much as I can but only know some about the positions and the rules and all the little details, and what to wear, and all that stuff.
What do you think? Any advice? Anything I should know about Volleyball in general?
