How long should my training speed training last?
I do sprints and polymetrics an hour and a half. I'm trying get faster and increase my vertical leap I'm trying to get faster and increase my vertical jump. Am I doing it for long.
If you're doing your speed work after plyometrics then you should not do much. 10×100 steps is sufficient. Plyometric exercises two days each week is a good idea, I should be doing distance of 3-5 miles 3 days, and lifting weights twice a week. The amount of time that training is not important what matters is that you are training correctly on the form and recover from a hard day of work before making another hard day. One day usually plyometric only takes less than an hour, but I do not know your routine and the amount of rest you take between rows.
